A felvétel 2001. november 24-én a Balassi Bálint Megyei Könyvtárban megrendezésre került Alkotó olvasók - díjkiosztó ünnepségen készült . Az olvasás szeretetébe vetett hittel pályázatot írt ki a Balassi Bálint Megyei Könyvtár az „Őszi könyvtári napok” és az „Olvasás éve Salgótarjánban” mottóval. Az alkotáskereső kezdeményezés ezen a bensőséges hangulatú találkozón csúcsosodott ki. A fotón az alkotók és kísérőik egy csoportja látható többek közt: Sóvári László, Sóvári Csilla, Czene Gyuláné, László József, Baráthi Ottó, Nógrádi Béláné.
