A háromosztatú képeslapon a salgótarjáni evangélikus templom, a kultúrház és a lelkészlak, a zagyvapálfalvai evangélikus templom, és a bocsárlapujtői evangélikus templom.
A salgótarjáni evangélikus templom rajza jobb alsó sarkában felirat: fayl 938
A képek alatti ismertető: A salgótarjáni evangélikus keresztyén egyház 1872-ben alakult. Temploma 1882. a lelkészlak 1890. kulturháza 1935. évben épült. Hozzátartozik a bocsárlapujtői leányegyház, amely 1798-ban alakult, templomát 1820-ban építette, a zagyvapálfalvai fiókegyház, amely fiókegyházzá 1927-ben alakult, templomát 1937-ben építette és ezenkívül Karancsság a báró Prónay család külön kápolnájával és még 15 község 30 szórványhellyel. Lélekszám 2000. Lelkészei voltak: Terray Gyula 1872-74. Ruttkay Sándor 1875-1912. Jeszenszky Károly 1913-1923. Szelényi János 1923-25. Dr. Csengődy Lajos 1925 óta.

A felvételen a Salgótarjáni Öblösüveggyár Rákóczi út felőli bejárata látható. A kép bal oldalán Ispánki József 1961-ben készített Üvegfúvó című szobra, a falon Kanyák Zsófia 1972-ben készült Üvegmozaikja (részlet) látható. Jobb oldalon a gyár falán két emléktábla, melyet az üveggyár dolgozói állíttattak. Szövegük: "Jermendy Károly műszaki igazgató születésének 75. évfordulóján a magyar üvegipar és a salgótarjáni gyár műszaki fejlesztésében 33 éven át végzett kiemelkedő tevékenysége emlékéül állíttatták az Öblösüveggyár dolgozói 1976. Felújítva 2001" valamint "1956. dec. 8-i sortűz gyári áldozatainak emlékére Öblösüveggyár dolgozói 1991."
A Salgótarjáni Öblösüveggyár elődjét, 1893. december 10-én adták át az Egyesült Magyarhoni Üveggyárak Rt. hatodik gyáraként. A gyár jelenleg nem üzemel.
A felvétel 2022-ben, Salgótarján várossá nyilvánításának 100. , centenáriumi évében készült.

A felvételen a salgótarjáni Palackgyári Olvasókör Dalárdája.
Az alapító hutamester, Szvoboda Károly érdeme, hogy megindult a gyárban a kulturális élet. A korábbi években megszűnt Palackgyári Munkások Társas Egylete helyébe létrehozta Szvoboda Károly 1927-ben az üveggyári olvasókört, amelynek keretében 200 kötetes könyvtár létesült, dalkör, színjátszó csoport és népi zenekar működött.

A felvételen a Salgótarjáni Panteon köztéri szobrai láthatók. A Városháza árkádja alatt, L-alakban övező üvegfal előtt található a Salgótarjáni Panteon, amely olyan személyiségeknek állít emléket, akik életükkel, munkásságukkal a közjót szolgálták és elősegítették Salgótarján fejlődését. A Panteonban 2000-2002 között hét, majd 2014-ben egy szoborportrét állítottak fel az utókornak emlékül.
Balról jobbra haladva: Bátki József (1877–1948) festő- és szobrászművész, Iványi Ödön (1918–1985) festőművész, Dr. Förster Kálmán (1885–1971) polgármester 1922-1943 között, Róth Flóris (1865–1955) bányamérnök, bányaigazgató, Dr. Csengődy Lajos (1894–1955) evangélikus lelkész, Kovács Nándor (1841–1905) katolikus pap, salgótarjáni plébános, Dr. Dornyay Béla (1887–1965) "honismertető", középiskolai tanár, természettudós, Szilárdy Ödön (1832–1912) földbirtokos, "salgótarjáni nábob".
A felvétel 2022-ben, Salgótarján várossá nyilvánításának 100. , centenáriumi évében készült.
