A felvételen salgótarjáni látkép az 1960-as évekből. A régi és modern lakóházak ölelésében a fotó közepén a Kisboldogasszony főplébánia-templom látható. A kép előterében a Winter udvar, valamint jobb oldalon középtájt a Zsinagóga épületének egy része látható. A fotó a Meszes-tetőről készült.

An account of the resource
A felvételen id. Szabó István szobrászművész háromszoros életnagyságú, krómacéllemezből hegesztett Partizán emlékműve látható. 1969. december 21-én helyezték el a város legmagasabb pontján a "Pléh Öcsinek" becézett kolosszust, emléket állítva a fasizmus elleni harcokban részt vett nógrádi partizánoknak.
A kezében dobtáras géppisztolyt tartó alak 2002-től a baglyasaljai szoborparkban látható.
