A képeslapon a Mátraverebély-szentkúti római katolikus templom és a zárda épülete látható. A Nagyboldogasszony tiszteletére szentelt, kéttornyú, barokk stílusú templomot Bellágh Antal remete kezdte el alapozni, majd az Almásy család segítségével 1758-63 között készült el a mai formájában. A templom kéttornyú, egyhajós, észak-dél tájolású, melyhez később kolostorépületet toldottak.
