A felvételen a salgótarjáni megyei kórház új épülete látható. A Nógrád Megyei Tanács Kórházának átadására 1967. április 27-én került sor. Létesítésére több mint százmillió forintot fordítottak.
1970-ben a Nógrád Megyei Tanács Madzsar József Kórháza nevet kapta. Jelenleg Szent Lázár Megyei Kórház néven működik.

A felvételen a Nógrád Megyei Kormányhivatal (Egészségbiztosítási Osztály ügyfélszolgálat) épülete utca felőli oldala (bejárat) látható. Az épület eredetileg a Salgótarjáni Kőszénbánya Rt. Bányaigazgatósági épülete (bányakastély) volt, mely 1923-1925 között épült Fleischl Róbert tervei alapján. A kétemeletes, jellegzetes tetőablakos kilenc ablaktengelyes épület egy park mögött áll. A szimmetrikus homlokzat középső részén, a bejáratok fölött erkély, melynek tengelyében az egykori igazgató, dr.
Chorin Ferenc szobra állt. Az épületet 1996-ban bővítették, mely bővítés az épület utca felőli megjelenését nem változtatta meg. A bejárat bal oldalán két emléktábla látható: az egyiket 1998-ban állíttatta a Nógrád Megyei Egészségbiztosítási Pénztár
és a Múzeum Baráti Kör a Nógrád megyei üzemszerű szénbányászat 150. évfordulójára, a másikat Salgótarján Város Önkormányzata, Nógrádi Bányászok Szakszervezete állítatta 2007-ben az 1946-os széncsata emlékére.
A felvétel 2022-ben, Salgótarján várossá nyilvánításának 100. , centenáriumi évében készült.
