A felvételen a salgótarjáni DemoLab műhely tagjai által készített murália látható. A Karancs szálló éttermét egykor díszítő Csohány Kálmán képzőművész Énekek éneke című kerámiafalának mintájára újragondolva készítették el a szállóhoz kötődő személyiségeket, tárgyakat és a mai fiatalok portréit megörökítő közös alkotásukat. A muráliát a Karancs épületével szemben a Március 15. úti lakótömb Fő tér felé néző homlokzatfalán helyezték el. Avatására 2019. július 7-én került sor a Karancs Fieszta keretében.
A felvétel 2022-ben, Salgótarján várossá nyilvánításának 100. , centenáriumi évében készült.

A képeslapon a Mátraverebély-szentkúti római katolikus templom és a zárda épülete, valamint zarándokok láthatók. A Nagyboldogasszony tiszteletére szentelt, kéttornyú, barokk stílusú templomot Bellágh Antal remete kezdte el alapozni, majd az Almásy család segítségével 1758-63 között készült el a mai formájában. A templom kéttornyú, egyhajós, észak-dél tájolású, melyhez később kolostorépületet toldottak.
