A háromosztatú képeslapon dejtári utcarészlet, alatta látkép a faluról, jobbra a Római katolikus (Kisboldogasszony) templom. (Az egyhajós, középtornyos templomot 1810-ben építették, rizalitszerűen kiugró toronnyal, az alapjához szükséges köveket a drégelyi vár romjai szolgáltatták. A templom 1850 körül a községgel együtt leégett, de még abban az évben újjáépítették. A tető fedéséhez fazsindelyt alkalmaztak, amely ma már cseréptető. Egyhajós középtornyos jellegét tekintve, késő barokk épület.)

A képeslapon a parkban "... A kúria bejáratával szemben látható a hatalmas krími hársfa (mára már sajnos már kidőlt törzse), melyhez az a legenda fűződik, hogy alatta írta volna Madách a "Tragédiát". Irodalomtörténeti adatok ezt kizárják, de nagyon valószínű, hogy a költőóriás már láthatta ezt a fát, melynek kora 200 év körüli volt. A védett fa egy tőből öt önálló törzset fejlesztő egyed volt, melyek külön lombozattal rendelkeztek, de szabályos gömbalakot csak együttesen alkottak. A fa magassága 20 méter, a lombkorona átmérője 30 méter, az egyes törzsek mellmagassági átmérői: 100, 80, 70, 30 és 15 cm voltak. ... forrás: csesztve.hu

A négyosztatú képeslapon Cserhátszentiván település távlati képeken. Két képen nagyon jól kivehető a falu két temploma, az új (a Kisboldogasszony tiszteletére szentelt római katolikus templom, amely 1942-ben épült, a helyi mesteremberek és a lakosság összefogásával Bándi Tibor plébános vezetésével. Építéséhez felhasználták a temető közepén álló régi templom köveit. A helyi védelem alatt álló, egyhajós, hatszög szentély lezárású épület a település főutcáján áll, tornyában két harang található, amelyeket szintén a régi templomból hoztak át), valamint a régi templom megmaradt tornya a temetődombon.

A háromosztatú képeslapon a cserhátsurányi Szent István király-templom belső - a barokk főoltár - és épület felvételek (A templomot a község birtokosa, Csór Tamás királyi fõajtónálló 1344-ben építette, gótikus kõbordázattal ellátva. Az 1711-es Canonica Visitátió már festett famennyezetét említi. Harangjait 1772-79 között helyezték el a toronyban, ezt megelõzõen 1722-ben és 1727-ben fa haranglábat említenek a krónikák. Keleti barokk karzata valószínűleg az 1700-as évek végén épült. A középkori szentély lebontásával az újkori bõvítés 1934-ben valósult meg, új szárnnyal bővítették, ekkor tűnt el a XVIII. századi, faszobrokkal díszített barokk fõoltár is. A templom magas gerincoromra épült, egyhajós, középtornyos. Az eredeti hajója keletelt. Nyugati oldalán erõteljes, öt szintes XVI. században épült gótikus torony helyezkedik el, melynek déli oldalához hengeralakú középkori lépcsõtorony csatlakozik. Az eredeti hajó északi oldalához két sekrestye épült, míg a déli irányú újkori bõvítés a templom mai hajója. Az eredeti templomhajóban több középkori féloszlop maradványa látható, innen nyílik két gótikus ajtó a sekrestyébe. A középkori szentélyben falfestménymaradványok, gótikus, kettõs ülõfülke és pasztofórium található. A mai fõhajó háromszakaszos, megtört síkú mennyezettel fedett. Az eredeti hajó ma szentély szerepét tölti be. Oltára egykor mellékoltár, részben átalakítva, kora barokk, XVII. századi keresztelõkútja középkori szenteltvíztartó volt. forrás: miserend.hu)
